EDEN VALUES

Our call to eternal duty

The Eden Values are the principles that guide how we live, create and steward within The Kingdom of Eden.

They form a growing body of principles, commitments and practices developed to help us navigate the responsibilities of building a more abundant future. As the Kingdom evolves, so too will the depth and expression of these values.

Each duty is further defined and guided by a distinct body of underlying values, which give that duty greater specificity and practical expression. Collectively, these underlying values constitute the Eden Values: a holistic value system through which we understand our responsibilities, make decisions and guide the way we live, create and steward.

our vision

Our vision is to become a global portal for experiencing Heaven on Earth.

Duty to God

The Central Duty

Our Duty to God sits at the centre of the Eden Values and establishes the ultimate reference point for our entire value framework. It is the foundational duty from which the entire framework derives its order and ultimate reference point.

It is not simply one value among many, nor one responsibility alongside others. It is the governing duty whose values set the tone from which the others derive their meaning, authority and proper order. Our understanding of purpose, humanity, self and Earth is therefore ultimately shaped by our understanding of our relationship with God.

To place God at the centre of our value system is to recognise Him as the source of creation, the author of our existence and the highest object of our allegiance. It means that our responsibilities cannot be determined solely by personal preference, social consensus, economic utility or immediate consequence. They must remain accountable to a higher standard.

Duty to God therefore orders and restrains every other duty. It determines not only what we pursue, but how we pursue it, what we are willing to sacrifice, what we refuse to compromise and what we understand ourselves to be stewarding rather than owning.

From this central duty flow the four cardinal duties—Duty to Purpose, Duty to Humanity, Duty to Self and Duty to Earth. These establish the principal domains through which our broader body of values is interpreted and applied.

“Your kingdom come.
Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.”

Matthew 6:10 (NKJV)

The Cardinal Duties

The 12 Pillars of Creation

The Cardinal Duties are the four primary domains of responsibility that flow from our Duty to God: They include our Duty to Purpose, Duty to Humanity, Duty to Self and Duty to Earth.

Duty to Purpose

Our duty to remain faithful to the purpose for which we have been created, entrusted or called to build. It calls us to pursue meaningful ends with clarity and integrity, ensuring that our abilities, resources and ambitions remain directed towards what they are ultimately meant to serve.

Duty to Humanity

Our duty to contribute to the flourishing of humanity and to uphold the dignity, agency and potential of every person. It calls us to create value that expands possibility, strengthens human relationships and institutions, and improves the conditions in which people are able to live, create and thrive.

Duty to Self

Our duty to cultivate ourselves as capable stewards of what has been entrusted to us. It calls us to develop the character, wisdom, health, discipline and capacity required to fulfil our purpose, recognising that how we care for and develop ourselves affects what we are ultimately able to give to others.

Duty to Earth

Our duty to steward the natural world and the systems that sustain life. It calls us to create and prosper without treating nature as an inexhaustible resource, seeking instead to build systems that preserve, regenerate and strengthen the conditions upon which life depends.
